Signs of a quality Accent Pillow

Quality

Our pillows are made in our own workroom. This allows us to maintain quality control, and provide our customers with a product at its best. All fabric cuts have a serged edged finish unless cut on the bias. All cording is cut on the bias. This ensures your pillow will last for many years with minimal “fraying”. Pillows are double stitched with reinforced corners. All pillows are cut true to size before being manufactured. This means seam allowances do reduce the overall size by about 1/2″.

Detail

Most pillows have matching fabrics on both sides, and because we use invisible zippers, our customers have the versatility of using both sides. If pattern allows, all side seams will match. This detail alone is quite impressionable and can be seen in several of our collections. For our 1 sided or front only pillows, backs are a solid companion fabric…colors are indicated on each pillow description** .  And donʼt forget…with our invisible zippers you can rotate a vertical stripe to a horizontal stripe giving you a different look just like that!

** CHP reserves the right to make substitutes on solid backs and cord fabrics when necessary should that particular fabric be no longer available.  This “possible” alternative will never be inferior to design or quality, and would never involve the primary fabric of the pillow.

Inserts

We are providing our customers with our own premium insert, made right here in the USA!  Luxurious 90/10 Duck Feathers & Goose Down inserts custom made for us with a higher Oz. capacity is guaranteed to provide plenty of comfort!  This insert is above standard and will assure a quieter, smoother finish.

We are also providing a premium faux down insert for our outdoor pillows. These poly inserts are the closest imitation to down on the market. They will conform to a “chop” if you like. They can also be used for those in need of a hypoallergenic option. Please contact us for this option.

Fabrics

We use an amazing selection of quality fabrics from top designers & companies.  Many of which are not available on the retail market anywhere.  These fabrics are in most cases only available through design professionals.  We realize this can drive the cost for our pillows up since we try to always center the patterns, and produce a product that is “custom”.    We have also produced several of these patterns one-sided to help reduce the expense on our more expensive fabrics.  A two-sided option will always be available if you prefer, and you may contact us for such quotes at [email protected].
